Our People

Graeme Robertson – Joint Managing Partner

Email: graeme.robertson@matheruk.com

Is a vastly experienced über-account man and Managing Partner adept at running large complex pieces of business. These included Masterfoods, Cadbury, Tetley Tea, Mitsubishi, BSkyB, The Times, Peugeot, BMW, Credit Suisse, Schroder and HSBC in a career that has taken him to CDP, Arc and Bates. Along with Steve Lepley, he firmly holds the helm at Mather. (When he’s not standing thigh deep in water waiting to catch an unsuspecting trout, that is.)

Steve Lepley – Joint Managing Partner

Email: steve.lepley@matheruk.com

Started out counting money in Playboy casinos and bookmakers during the 1970s. Moving into the (slightly) more respectable world of advertising, Steve enjoyed stints at Publicis, GGT, Simons Palmer , TBWA and Ogilvy Advertising where he progressed from Finance Director to Chief Operating Officer. Not including an obsessive interest in all things either football or rugby, building Mather is Steve’s primary focus in life.

Roland Hafenrichter – Executive Creative Director

Email: roland.hafenrichter@matheruk.com

Is a passionate advocate of integrated creativity. He has worked at a spread of agencies including Leo Burnett, Bates and Ogilvy and has picked up major awards along the way for Woolworths, Land Rover, ING, Ford and Royal Mail for whom he wrote and directed commercials. As Executive Creative Director of Ogilvy Action, he helped shape the agency into a multi-disciplined outfit before becoming the creative power house behind Mather. At weekends, he tends his organic carrots.

Nick Kojey-Strauss – Executive Head of Planning

Email: Nick.Strauss@matheruk.com

Has held high level positions at Saatchi & Saatchi, Y&R and Bates. A big picture thinker with a knack for anticipating major strategic trends, Nick’s expertise is developing long-term brand ideas that transform businesses from the inside out. His client experience includes HSBC, Hewlett-Packard, Sony, IBM, the Royal Mail, Pfizer, Kodak, AT&T, Kraft foods, KFC, Volvo and Renault. His great love in life is contemporary art on which he spends absurdly large amounts of both time and money.
